An Invitation to Practice

Through breath, movement, and sound, Yoga with Andrea offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Each practice is an invitation inward — toward steadiness, presence, and the quiet wisdom of your own body.

Yoga That Meets You Where You Are

This is not about perfect poses or pushing limits.
It’s about building awareness, resilience, and steadiness — on and off the mat.

Classes are rooted in the alignment-based principles of Iyengar yoga, supporting balance, strength, and mindful attention to the body. These foundations are complemented by Hatha practices that build strength, increase flexibility, and support overall vitality, as well as Vinyasa flow, where breath and movement come together in a steady, fluid rhythm.

Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, each session is designed to support nervous system regulation, mobility, and a deeper sense of clarity and connection.

All levels are welcome. Come as you are.

Sound as Medicine

Sound therapy sessions use vibration and tone to guide the body into deep rest and restoration.

Crystal bowls, grounding frequencies, and guided relaxation work together to support stress release, emotional balance, and energetic reset. These experiences complement your yoga practice by helping the body fully absorb and integrate the work

Through crystal bowls and intentional frequencies, these sessions create a field of deep rest — a space where the body can release what it has been holding and return to its natural harmony.

No experience is necessary — simply lie down and receive.
